LaFutura Global Conference
Copenhagen | 2020
We met the SDG innovation heroes of our time, at LaFutura Global Conference! This year’s LaFutura Global Conference was all about giving an impulse on the importance of a sustainable development in all areas of life and economy.
Why did we choose Copenhagen?
Copenhagen is a city living mental health, a hotspot for Scandinavia, a melting pot for start-ups. We chose Copenhagen to get a glimpse of the future, designed by Sustainable Development Goals. Goals formed to guarantee an efficient future together – in all areas of life.
The first Hybrid Global Conference.
Participants from around the globe joined on-ground or virtually, from wherever they are. As we aim to offer the best experience in both channels, we did some small amendments on the program for both, virtual and on-ground.
What are the SDGs?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. The 17 SDGs are integrated — they recognize that action in one area will affect outcomes in others, and that development must balance social, economic and environmental sustainability.
