2020 | Annual Review
Whether you’re seeking for the future called “tomorrow”, “Christmas time”, “the new year” or “2030”: we wish you all a very merry Christmas and a couple of calm days as well as a great start into the new year.
This year has taught us some lessons, and we say: if we listened to what mother Earth had to tell us we actually were able to learn a lot.
A thousand risks caused by a breakdown can bring millions of opportunities. An economic breakdown and a global pandemic not only taught us to reconsider the way we live and do business but take a deep dive in the world’s biggest challenges so far: climate change and the loss of biodiversity.
Thank you for all your contributions during this year’s LaFutura activities, whether it was in February in Berlin at LaFutura x Human Enhancement, virtually in April at LaFutura x Social Disruption, in September at LaFutura Global Conference on the SDGs or in December virtually in Innovation Centers from all around the world, in collaboration with UNESCO Future Literacy Summit.
We love seeing the LaFutura network grow – we don’t love it because of the associations success but we are proud to see that you are ready for a future full of opportunities created by collaboration. 2021 holds a lot for all of us, especially for the LaFutura family.
